In 2015, we started a series here on NJO called “10 Nigerian Songs I Can’t Stop Listening To” (See Vol. 1 andVol. 2), covering songs we really really liked, but were not necessarily hit songs. Our focus in this section was, and still is, mostly on special songs from up & coming acts as well as “sleeper-hits” from the relatively more recognizable names.

In a nutshell, don’t expect to see Wizkid‘s latest single or Davido‘s smash hit here. However, you’re guaranteed to listen to good music.
