Everton insist on $99m deal for Lukaku
Chelsea are willing to offer Loic Remy plus 86 million dollars for Romelu Lukaku.
Everton accept the Belgium international wants to leave Goodison Park but have been holding out for 99 million dollars for the 23-year-old who still has three years on his contract.
Everton maintain they have yet to receive an official bid from Chelsea and are hoping the high valuation would act as a deterrent.
Julian Draxler has confirmed he has asked to leave Wolfsburg, as Arsenal and Juventus continue to show an interest in signing him.
The winger has been a long-time target for the Gunners but the 22-year-old opted to remain in Germany and switched from boyhood club Schalke to Wolfsburg after 14 years in Gelsenkirchen.
