The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) through its Complaint Response Unit (CRU) has issued a warning to the general public on how not to tow Keke NAPEP. CRU published sample pictures of ways not to tow Keke NAPEP. Be warned that police will arrest culprits and charge them to court.
