Ahmed Musa came off the bench to score a brace and inspire Leicester City to a 2-1 victory over Everton in an English FA Cup contest on Saturday.
Musa scored on the 66th and 71st minutes to mastermind a stunning win over the Toffees at a packed Goodison Park. His first in the 66th minute was down to basic instinct.
In the 70th minute, Musa, riding on the crest of a wave, scored the goal of the game to give his side a ticket to the next round of the competition.
The Super Eagles winger played a brilliant one-two with Danny Drinkwater on the edge of the box before firing a sublime effort into the corner.
It was a good day for Nigerians in Leicester’s colours as Musa’s compatriot, Wilfred Ndidi, made his debut for the Foxes following his move from Belgian club KRC Genk.
