How to Crack Hashed Password from a Database

This kinda topic is foreign on Kinwap but it's related so I figured some people will surely need and since I've found something that's working, why not share it. 

So, cracking Md5 Hashed passwords can be for the bad and good purposes. 
We know what the bad ones are... To steal someone's data from a database but what about the good aspect of the whole cracking? 

Take for example, you admin a site and manage the database as well and somewhere along the line, you manage to forget your password. 

You head straight to your database and just as it should be, all passwords are secured with Md5 hash! 

What do you do then? 
You need to Crack the password belonging to your account! 

That's exactly what we are here to do today.
